RETURN + STORE POLICY

Something didn’t work out? No worries—let’s make it right.

To begin a return, please visit our Return Portal.

RETURN WINDOW

Returns must be submitted within  3 days of your delivery date to be eligible for a refund. Returns requested after this window will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label through the return portal.

CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free of stains, odors, and damage

  • Returned with original tags attached

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

REFUNDS

Refunds are issued as store credit only, minus any original shipping costs.

Return rules summary

  • Returns accepted for 3 days
  • Customer provides return shipping

  • 10% restocking fee

  • Final sale items, and certain accessory items are non-returnable.


IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Pre-orders must be purchased separately from in-stock items. Orders that include both will ship once all items are available.

  • Items cannot be held or canceled after they have been processed. If you need to cancel your order, it must be done within one hour of purchase.

  • Once your package is scanned by the mail carrier, La Lihn is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is missing, we’ll help you file a claim and issue store credit if eligible.

Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 5-day exchange policy from the date of purchase or the day you receive your package. To be eligible for an exchange:

  • Items must be returned unworn, unused, and with the original tags intact.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, including providing a shipping label.

Please note that if any item shows signs of wear or use, we reserve the right to deny the exchange. In such cases, the item will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

If a suitable replacement item is unavailable, a store credit will be issued.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us at ShopLaLihn@gmail.com immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We are happy to assist in resolving any issues.

For items damaged during transit, we kindly ask that you file a report directly with the shipping carrier.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including custom products (such as personalized or special-order items) and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale/clearance items or gift cards.
